Welcome to the Patient Information Point located at the main entrance on the right. The Patient Information Point provides detailed information on:
- how to get to the different units in the hospital (clinics, departments and centers),
- doctors working hours,
- how to obtain information about the internal telephone numbers in our hospital,
and also:
- How to complete a hospital referral,
- How to apply for a copy of medical documentation .
Working hours:
Monday – Thursday from 7 am to 3 pm
Friday from 7 am to 1 pm

Patients of the Holy Cross Cancer Center can make an appointment at clinics via the call - center. Appointments can be booked by calling 41 36 74 208 (Monday to Friday from 7 - 18). Telephone appointments can be made for most of our 30 clinics. Consultants from the call - center also provide information about how to prepare for diagnostic tests.
Note! Booking appointments at endocrinology, chemotherapy and brachytherapy clinics are carried out by consoles in these clinics. This can be done in person or by telephone.
Patients visiting the Holy Cross Cancer Centre for the first time with a oncological diagnosis and treatment card (part of the so-called oncology package) should register in person point no. 4 in the main lobby.
